Letter: Scotland Yard's conclusion on Coach Bob Woolmers death
Now that Scotland Yard detectives have come to the
conclusion that Coach Bob Woolmer was not
murdered, it has
become obvious that Mark Shields,
Jamaica's deputy police commissioner, was either
lying or grossly incompetent in
both his reaction as
well as investigation of the case. Maybe he was guilty
of both.
